M1 Business Park Case

Balfour Beatty Ireland was awarded this contract following on from the M1 Business Park

Infrastructure Works Contract. The works involved:

  • The construction of an industrial warehouse comprising of two separate units BC1 & BC2 total area 3591m2.
  • Total structural steel tonnage 165 tonnes.
  • 5650m2 wall & roof cladding.

Other works completed as part of the Contract included:

  • Site drainage
  • Site attenuation system
  • Ducting & watermains
  • Blockwork
  • Stud partitions
  • Joinery
  • Plastering
  • Mechanical & electrical works
  • Soft and hard landscaping.
