BBCEL is one of the leading contractors in the field of water and wastewater contracting. We have been involved in the design and construction of a wide range of schemes for both clean and dirty water. For dirty water, we have experienced personnel in sewage and sludge treatment, main drainage, long sea outfall sewers and tunnels.

For clean water, BBCEL has undertaken reservoir construction, potable water treatment plants, and pumped transfer and distribution. We have successfully completed the design and construction of state-of-the-art water and wastewater treatment plants incorporating complex distribution control and SCADA systems. Our experience embraces an in-depth knowledge of the process engineering requirements. This ensures that we are able to co-ordinate with the process designers to ensure that the clients' design requirements are successfully incorporated.

We have a large core of personnel with wide practical experience in the interface management of complex multi-disciplined projects. We focus our personnel on co-ordinating the design and construction activities with the procurement and installation of MEICA plant to achieve early planned commissioning .
