School Leaver Opportunities
To build on our success we recruit enthusiastic school or college leavers looking to enter exciting careers that offer challenges, variety and responsibility.
You will have the opportunity to 'earn whilst you learn', gaining skills, training and invaluable experience in a successful major Company. We invest heavily into training. We believe that our trainees are our future and we ensure every support and encouragement is offered.

The following opportunities are available:
- Technician Trainee Apprenticeships leading to National and Higher National Diplomas in Civil Engineering.
- Construction Trainee Apprenticeships, leading to an NVQ qualification.
- Trainee Quantity Surveying Positions.
- Part time degree study for Quantity Surveying and Civil Engineering Positions
We will require you to have good GCSE's at least grade C or above in Maths and English, combined with the right personal attributes.
