Customer perspective on our capability
Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering and Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Services jointly achieved a very good score of 187 in Highways Agency's (HA) rigorous capability assessment toolkit (CAT).HA were expecting companies which scored well in the previous CAT2 to score 140-160 this time. Our result - 25% above the target - was the top result of all suppliers evaluated in this CAT3 exercise.
The strengths of our business observed by HA's CAT assessors include:
