King’s Cross wins Silver at the Considerate Constructors Awards

Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering's (BBCEL), King's Cross Northern Ticket Hall project has received a Silver Considerate Constructors Award.
Commenting on the award, a representative for the client - Metronet Rail- said: "The main noteworthy point in considering BBCEL's site for an award is the excellent manner that the very significant interface with the public has been handled throughout 2007.
The performance of BBCEL in this interface with the public has been, and continues to be, of the highest standard".
The Award citation also stated: "This project was a credit to the contractor and a very good ambassador for the construction industry and civil engineering in particular".
