Key milestone complete on M25 Junction 16-23

A key milestone has recently been achieved on our M25 Junction 16-23 widening scheme marked by the commencement of the Traffic Management switch from Phase 2 to Phase 3 - transferring works from the clockwise verge to the anticlockwise verge.
The demanding Phase 2 works were scheduled to be completed in 22 weeks and this target was achieved thank to an extremely impressive performance from the team.
