Kings Cross Northern Ticket Hall scoops ICE Infrastructure Award

Kings Cross Northern Ticket Hall has won the ICE London Civil Engineering Award for Infrastructure.

During a glittering ceremony at the London Transport Museum in Covent Garden, Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering was announced winner the London ICE Infrastructure Award, which celebrates outstanding civil engineering, innovation and ingenuity by companies, organisations and individuals in London. The prestige of the ICE Awards has grown considerably over the last decade, making it the highest honour in the London region.

Benefits of the new ticket hall and pedestrian tunnels were described as a fine engineering achievement, that make a valuable addition to London's infrastructure.
