BBMCE receives award for Occupational Health in Construction

Nearly 900 HR professionals from some of the UK's top employers attended the Personnel Today Awards 2011 held at the Hilton Park Lane hotel in London.

 This year, for the first time, the awards included an Occupational Health in Construction category and Balfour Beatty Major Civil Engineering (BBMCE) is delighted to announce they were proclaimed winners on the night.

Dr Geoff Davies, awards judge, commented: "Whilst occupational health is still relatively new in construction, Balfour Beatty's overall approach was well thought out and clearly showed a pathway to success".

Iain Wilson, BBMCE's Director of Safety, Sustainability, Risk and Assurance added, "I would like to congratulate the entire Occupational Health team for this fantastic achievement, which is a result of their commitment, dedication and hard work over the last few years.
