Scotland TranServ is a Balfour Beatty and Mouchel joint venture, part of Balfour Beatty Regional Civil Engineering Northern Division.

The joint venture is the operating company responsible for the management & maintenance of the trunk road network in North West Scotland.

Scotland TranServ's approach is based on a culture of complete integration of the whole team, and on selecting the best person for the role regardless of organisation.
